Blues boss Paul Sturrock has been trying to sign players to improve the squad, but he has to cut some of the present ones to save wages first and others just don't want to come here! Sturrock: Shrimpers manager Paul Sturrock has at last admitted that he did get it wrong last week, something he wasn't willing to do at the end of the 2-0 home defeat to Crewe last weekend when he blamed 'passionless players'.He told www.southendunited.co.uk: "Everyone makes mistakes and I've slapped myself on the wrists for that one. I got it right with a change of system against Torquay but on Saturday I got it wrong. I over elaborated because we were missing five players but I won't be doing that again."Good to hear it Luggs, though whatever system we play against Bury will not make the game any easier.So what about some new blood on loan to liven things up, the Blues boss is on the case, but may need to offload some of the present squad firs.Sturrock continued: "
