Southend United's Craig Easton: Worth a draw v Aldershot Town & wants a win against Port Vale

Blues skipper Craig Easton doesn't care how the Shrimpers play, as long as they pick up their first three points of the season against Port Vale at Roots Hall on Saturday! Easton: Shrimpers midfielder and the man wearing the armband, the former Swindon player Craig Easton, believes that though his side is on the right track it's about time they picked a league win, and the weekend game against the Valliants is as good a place as any.Easton told www.echo-news.co.uk: "We didn't do enough to win the game at Aldershot, but we want to put that right against Port Vale. We weren't quite clinical enough last Saturday. We lacked a bit of a cutting edge and sharpness going forward, but you can't have asked for any more from the lads. The work ethic and the attitude of the lads has been spot on and if that continues we will win more games than we lose."
