Shrimpers forced to turn to youth
The Shrimpers are down to the bare bones due to injuries while Alan McCormack and Lee Barnard will miss the tie due to suspension.[LNB]The League One club are unable to bring in any new faces due to a transfer embargo and boss Steve Tilson will be forced to draft in youth team players.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "We are down to 11 fit players and it is not a fantastic situation.[LNB]"We will have to put some youth team players in and it is up to them to take their opportunity."[LNB][LNB]
