Southend United full back Sean Clohessy is in this week's best League Two team as decided by the Football League. Sean Clohessy; selected in the League Two team of the week As far as we can check out this is the first time right-back Sean Clohessy has been selected for the npower Football League Two Team of the Week, with the eleven picked from the games played Saturday, September 17th. The Shrimpers beat struggling Plymouth Argyle 2-0 at roots hall with Liam Dickinson grabbing a spot-kick and Peter Gilbert heading home his first goal in eight years, he might have expected the call! Sean though did look more at ease in the match turning second half when he was given more license to go forward exposing the space on the right, when Blues boss Paul Sturrock allowed Ryan Hall to move wide left. Former centre-back Garry Richards made it for Gillingham, a defender the only member of a side that won 6-1 away, strange! However, AFC Wimbledon will be pleased to see any back four man selected, they beat Cheltenham 4-1 at home, while left-back Kevin Nicholson of Torquay gets his second call-up even though the Gulls wasn't exactly solid in a 3-3 draw at Plainmoor with Rotherham! Team of the Week: Ross Warner (Aldershot), Sean Clohessy (Southend United), Garry Richards (Gillingham), Graham McNaughton (AFC Wimbledon), Kevin Nicholson (Torquay United), Alex Rodman (Aldershot ), Ashley Westwood (Crewe Alexandra), Peter Leven (Oxford United), Gareth Evans (Rotherham United), Tyrone Bennett (Crawley Town), Ben Tomlinson (Macclesfield Town).
