Orient broke the deadlock when midfielder Adam Chambers pounced on a loose ball, but the Shrimpers hit back through captain Adam Barrett and Alan McCormack.[LNB]Tilson, who revealed Anthony Grant had to be substituted after picking up a knock, said: "It was a great result for us whether it was a local derby or not.[LNB]"It is a good three points, gives us a big boost and a bit of confidence. It gives us a bit of breathing space because it is tight down there at the bottom.[LNB]"It was a tight game as it always is with teams in and around us. The difference is putting the ball in the back of the net. We did that although there were not many chances at either end to be honest.[LNB]"There was not a lot in the boxes. They pumped a few balls into our box but it was a tight game and we have just come out on top."[LNB][LNB]
