Shrimpers boss bemoans weather

The Shrimpers picked up an impressive 1-0 victory over Bristol Rovers in their last match on January 31, but have since suffered back-to-back postponements against Scunthorpe and Swindon.[LNB]Tilson told The Echo: "The weather conditions have been a bit of a nightmare for us just lately. It hasn't just been about the games because it's affected training too and hopefully that's the end of it now because the lads are just desperate to get playing again.[LNB]"We won our last game against Bristol Rovers and were looking to build on that so to have these two postponements has been very frustrating and disappointing.[LNB]Meanwhile, Tilson remains uncertain as to whether any new faces will come in when the loan window re-opens on Tuesday, he added: "We have a couple back fit now so we will see what happens. If the right one comes up and the move is viable then of course we will have a look at it.[LNB]"At the moment there is nothing lined up though and we will deal with Tranmere game first and then go from there."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
