Shrimpers are given more time
The Shrimpers were issued with a winding-up petition by HMRC last month on the same day a decision was made to allow clubs more time to pay off their debts.
United chairman Ron Martin stated two weeks ago that he was confident the hearing would be adjourned while the club conclude an agreement with HMRC.
Martin assured fans that the board will resolve their issues in a similar way to last summer, when they met a £660,000 bill.
