Southend United Paul Sturrock was a happy Luggy after a change of formation saw his Shrimpers side see off ten man Oxford United and grab a comeback 2-1 victory. Sturrock: 'Soon as we changed to 4-4-2 we looked a much more balanced side'Burns Night was last week Luggs!Blues boss Paul Sturrock was relieved his side stretched their unbeaten run to five games taking them just two points away from the play-off zone. And Luggy admitted it was a change of tactics that turned the game around. Sturrock told BBC Essex: "I think the first 15 minutes, we started a bit sluggishly, and also the system we started with didn't suit playing against their system. As soon as we changed to 4-4-2 we looked a much more balanced side against their system and I think we dictated the game from then on. A lot of things haven't gone our way here this season, so it's nice to think we're getting a wee bit of luck and the rub of the green. But you get luck by work rate, attitude and doing the right things."
