One game at a time, says Francis

The Shrimpers face a tough trip to Huddersfield on Saturday, and Francis admitted: "It really is best to take it one game at a time."[LNB]He told the Blues Inside: "We picked up a great run of form into the New Year last season and it boosted us right up outside the play-offs.[LNB]"That would be great for us again, but no-one is saying that we should be fighting for the top two, because I don't think we have the squad and we obviously haven't picked up the results to be up there.[LNB]"If we can go on a run like we did last season, then there is no reason why we can't finish in and around the play-offs, but it is about keeping our players fit and healthy and managing to keep a good team on the pitch.[LNB]"We don't want to have to change the team too much due to injuries and bringing in loan players, because that can affect you and I think it did at the start of the season. If we can pick up a few good results, then we might be able to get a good run going."[LNB][LNB]
