No appeal for JJ

Southend United's former winger Jemal Johnson is an ex-player after all, deciding not to take the club on after they terminated his contract in December of last year.

Jemal Johnson: He came, he left, he didn't do very much in between   So we've got those wages after all!   Echoman Chris Phillips has tweeted: 'Jemal Johnson has not appealed the club's decision to terminate his deal.'   As many believed, a rock solid sacking after all; however, good luck to Jemal as justice takes it's course.   Johnson, a free summer signing on a 12-month deal from the wilds of Bulgaria, was suspended by the Essex boys for two weeks at the end of November pending a full review into his conduct following his October arrest by police outside Faces nightclub in Ilford.   JJ suspended: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk   JJ Sacked: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk   Any views on Jemal: http://boards.footymad.net   Samson to sign for Shrimpers?: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk    Discuss the present transfer situation here: http://boards.footymad.net   The Johnson Files   Johnson as a Lokomotiv Sofia player in 2011.
