New head farmer Ward tells Baldwin to remain at Colchester United on his wedding day
Though it was always doubtful that former loanee centre-back Pat Baldwin would ever return to League Two bound Shrimpers, the new ColU boss has certainly confirmed it. John Ward told www.greenun24.co.uk: "I rang Pat and didn't realise he was getting married. I told him I want him back and giving me competition. Hopefully that made his day even better!"
