The French centre-half returned to Essex over the weekend and is set to resume training in the hope of being available against Bristol Rovers on Saturday. "I'm feeling a lot better now. I will train this week and hopefully be in contention for the match against Bristol Rovers," M'Voto told Southend's official website. Meanwhile, midfielder Alan McCormack also hopes to be fit to face the Pirates after an ankle injury forced him off during Friday's defeat to Southampton. "I just aggravated an old injury but it has settled down over the weekend," he said. "I will train and we will see how it goes but I don't believe it will be a problem."
