Blues keeper Glenn Morris has been talking about his nine years at Leyton Orient coming to an end while looking to the future challenging for the vacant keepers position at Roots Hall. Morris: 'This is a good challenge after being at Orient for so long' Southend keeper Glenn Morris is settling in at his new club following his move from Leyton Orient on Tuesday.Morris signed a one-year deal with the League Two side after an impressive two-week trial.The 26-year-old was at Orient for nine years and despite stepping down a division he is looking forward to the new experience at Roots Hall.Glenn told www.southendunited.co.uk: "This is a good challenge after being at Orient for so long it is nice to come here and try something different. I enjoyed my time at Orient but everything comes to an end and you have to move on to give new things a go. I spent a lot of time over the years on the bench at Orient but I still managed to play over 120 games. But now I am at Southend I want to stake my claim and try and be number one."With shot stopper Rhys Evans joining Thursday we wish him well.
