Luggy on Ryan: 'Having a word with Hall & he'll have his a**e kicked if he steps out of line again'

However, Sturrock made it clear that while he believed the revised verdict was correct Ryan did plead guilty to an affray outside Storm nightclub in Southend, and even with the 23-year-old being massively provoked, the Shrimpers manager would be punishing the winger for a breach of club discipline. He revealed: "I will be having a word with him and his a**e will be kicked if he steps out of line again. He needs to have discipline in his game and in his life. He's been quite cavalier in his approach to life until now, but he has to understand that he could make himself financially sound by moving up the leagues because that's what his talents deserve."
