Oxford United: Southend United winger Ryan Hall is on terrific form and it's all about shooting on sight which has lead to six goals already, and he's aiming to reach double figures by the time Santa comes doen the chimney!

Hall: 'The lads all have a word with me in training about shooting too much'

On top of his game at the moment is Shrimpers winger Ryan Hall who he might be the holder of the pink shirt for the week's worst trainer but during the game he can't stop scoring, and he's looking for more!

Hall told www.echo-news.co.uk: “The lads all have a word with me in training about shooting too much but my motto is if you don’t shoot you don’t score. I was pleased to get another goal against Macclesfield and my aim is to have scored 10 times by Christmas. That was my target I set myself at the start of the season and I would like to think I'm on course to do it.”

The London born wideboy has been playing much closer to centre-forward Liam Dickinson, in fact he's got so close they are the joint top scorers for the club with six each.

Hall said: “The manager has told me to support Dicko and I’m enjoying it. I’m getting a few chances to score and I just try to make my sure my shots are on target and are struck with a bit of power.”

Catch his goal at Macclesfield Saturday to confirm that, here's a man at the top of his game and a Luggy masterstroke to move him more centrally when defenders were starting to work him out.
