Blues flying winger Ryan Hall came on at Macclesfield and changed the whole game, now he's hoping to find some consistancy to gain a regular place in the side. Hall: 'I need to find a consistent level'Winger Ryan Hall has found himself in and out of the side since returning to League football with the Shrimpers from Bromley. And though he's a bit miffed about it, the one thing the 22-year-old doesn't lack is confidence!Hall told www.echo-news.co.uk: "I was a bit disappointed to be on the bench because I had been star man against Rotherham and then lost my place but the manager told me it was down to being too inconsistent so that needs to change. He said that sometimes I have been brilliant and that other times I have not been good at all and that I need to find a consistent level. That's what I will be aiming for be aiming for and hopefully I can start against Charlton because I thought I did quite well when I came on against Macclesfield."Certainly to the Blues faithful Ryan looks a more exciting prospect than the older Louie Soares whose crossing abilty is not as good as the Reading-born youngster. Will Blues boss Paul Sturrock go ahead then and start with Hall?A Wembley final could await!Ryan continued: "We've done well in the cups against teams higher than us so hopefully we can again. We are also only a few games away from playing at Wembley and that would be a great experience so we're all really wanting to win this game."
