He told the club's official website: "It's good to be able to play a number of positions, when I was younger I was always put around because I could do a job in different positions, but as you get older you want to try and nail down a position.
"But at this moment in time, the fact we need to pick up results, I am happy to play for the gaffer anywhere, so as long as we keep playing like we did against Bristol Rovers we will be alright.
"I'd say naturally that [full-back] is my best position now. I think as I get older I might go to centre-half as I lose a bit of place.
"Playing right midfield I really enjoy as I get to go forward more than I do at right-back and obviously I don't have to defend as much which is nice."
