Duncan's teenage kick for Blues
The Shrimpers' under-18 team clinched the Youth Alliance League trophy following victory over Gillingham on Monday and Duncan is aware of how important it is for his players to progress through the ranks.[LNB]"It's a fantastic achievement," he told his club's official website.
