Duncan to stay on at Shrimpers
The Shrimpers' head of youth took the reins towards the end of last season following Colin West's departure to Hartlepool.
And first-team manager Steve Tilson has announced Duncan will stay in charge of the League One club's second string next term.
Tilson told Southend's official website: "We know what he's all about. Ricky has done a great job with the youth team and this enables him to carry on working with our youngster players at a different level."
