Daniels to remain in Shrimpers den?: No word from West Brom

West Bromwich Albion. W.B.A. Shrewsbury Town. Dagenham & Redbridge. Premier League.

Does Luggy want Luke to stay? Do you?   Since Luke Daniels started his Shrimpers career at Barnet after signing on loan from Premier League side West Brom he hasn't missed a game, enjoying some good times, we beat the Bees 3-0 and they missed a penalty, as well as the poor run that has seen six matches without a win including four successive defeats.   In all he has made 13 appearances, (won 6, drew 3, lost 4), and seen 12 strikes go past him. (We have scored 15 in that period.)   Not a bad record, however the reason he came in was due to a  thigh injury sustained by regular N'1 glenn Morris who has been back a few weeks now but has been sitting on the bench, or, as was the case at Cheltenham, in the stands!   So with the present arrangement coming to an end after the Dagenham & Redbridge game on January 2nd, should Blues boss return to the status quo and look to saving the wages to put towards a new striker or two?

Daniels told the Echo: 'Nobody has spoken to me about my loan yet and I don't know if I'm staying after Monday.'

Personally, want him to stay.

Glenn is a perfectly good shot stopper, but if we want to get out of this bad run and get back to winning ways as soon as possible, Luke has a stronger all-round game.
