Southend United player/coach Graham Coughlan warming up for the assistant manager's job? Here he speaks to local radio as does Burton Albion boss Paul Peschisolido. Coughlan: 'It was a typical end of season game' We really have to update that photo! Anyway, taking over from an obviously knackered Luggy here's centre back, club coach and tea maker for all we know, the veteran Graham Coughlan giving his view of the game. Coughlan told BBC Radio Essex: "I feel if we played with a bit more tempo and urgency we may have won out. But it was a typical end of season game, both teams had little to play for apart from pride. You could see at the end, they were delighted with the points, all-in-all it was a fair result. We took our foot off the pedal and they got themselves back into the game."Listen with Coughlan and managers including a proud Pesch (from BBC local radio):http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_3/default.stmMore words from Graham:www.southendunited-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/coughlan_we_took_our_foot_off_the_gas_after_we_scored_so_early_674028/index.shtmlIf you haven't already, vote for you're S24 Shrimpers Player of the Season here:www.southendunited-mad.co.uk/interactive/voting_polls.aspPeschisolido: 'The lads have given me everything' Meanwhile, Brewers boss Paul Peschisolido is just happy to see his side confirm it's league status for next season, as well as more than likely securing him his job!Pesch told BBC Radio Derby: "I'm relieved. It's been a long three months, when you consider we've played 27 games in three months, that's more than half a season, that's some going. The lads have given me everything they've got and there's a very happy dressing room right now, me included. We've had a good run, these last five games we've performed fantastically well against all the odds."
