Millwall FC: Southend United striker Neil Harris at last opened his account for his new club last week and wouldn't mind another one under the lights of Roots Hall, especially if it helps take the Shrimpers to the top of League Two!   Harris: 'I’ve always loved the Friday night games at Roots Hall'   Shrimpers striker Neil Harris was taken by his Dad to stand in the North Bank as a child, and knew then that evening football under the lights in this part of south-east Essex created a special occasion, for supporters and the team!   Harris told www.echo-news.co.uk: “I’ve always loved the Friday night games at Roots Hall because there just seems to be an even better atmosphere. The first game I ever saw live was on a Friday at Roots Hall and I’ve enjoyed them ever since. The improved atmosphere normally seems to work its way down to the players and that’s another reason why I’m really looking to tonight’s game.”   After three successive wins that have taken the Shrimpers to third place in the table, and the chance to top it by just after half nine this evening, Bomber is by no means underestimating the opposition who sit one place and one point above his own side.   Harris said: “Shrewsbury are a very strong side and will make life hard for us but we’re feeling really confident right now. This is a massive match and we can’t wait to get out there."   With the sun beating down unseasonably outside, Friday at the home of football could be a special night.   Shrimpers defender Mark Phillips is getting ready for this evening's big League Two clash by chilling out by the radio!   He tweeted:'Massive game tonight gonna start by getting myself fired up listening to @UncleDugs at 11.....niiiice'   The S24 Preview: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk   Get Roots Hall roaring: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk   Would you pick the suspended duo?
