Bees clash off
Southend`s League Two encounter with Barnet at Roots Hall has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
Cambridgeshire referee Darren Deadman reluctantly decided to call the game off following an inspection with some areas of the playing surface playable.
Deadman consulted Southend boss Paul Sturrock and Barnet manager Mark Stimson and felt the game could not go ahead because of fears for player safety.
