The Shrimpers are just four points above the drop zone and fourth-bottom Oldham have two games in hand on the Essex side.[LNB]Steve Tilson's side have just one win in their last six games and the loss of top scorer Lee Barnard has left the alarm bells ringing at Roots Hall. And now central defender Barrett has urged his team-mates to roll up their sleeves, starting with Saturday's home game against in-form Swindon.[LNB]He told the Southend Echo: "Things are tough for us at the moment and I think we're in a relegation fight to be honest."[LNB]He added: "It's not easy because we've lost a lot of goals with Lee Barnard leaving and we're having to throw people in. We're plugging holes and I think it's time for us to develop a bit of siege mentality.[LNB]"We have to get a bit uglier and grind out some results. It doesn't matter how we play we just need to make sure we get some points because we don't want to get dragged down the table even further."[LNB][LNB]
