The Bantams, third from bottom in the table, are one of only four teams in the Football League who have not won away from home this season and on Friday night travel to high-flying Southend, who are unbeaten at Roots Hall since August.
Flynn told www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk: "We don't fear anybody in League Two. We respect every single team in League Two, but we don't fear playing any side. We respected Plymouth fully last weekend and we will certainly respect Southend and their threats this Friday. They are second in the league and they aren't there by luck, so we know we'll be in for a really tough night. Myself, Luke Oliver and Andrew Davies were talking in the car the other day about the game though and we all agreed that there's never any game that you go into with any fear or doubts."
