Wotton resting up after nasty injury

Saints midfielder Wotton's front teeth were pushed up into his gums by an accidental collision with Clarets defender Clarke Carlisle at the end of Saturday's 2-2 draw at St Mary's.[LNB]"Paul is home now, but he will not train or play any further part this season," physio Mo Gimpel told Saints' official website.[LNB]"He required 30 stitches on his lips and a cut by his eye, and 10 injections during two hours of reconstructive facial surgery.[LNB]"Both players were watching the ball and Clarke Carlisle came and apologised afterwards."[LNB][LNB] Nottm.
