David Connolly scored one goal and created two more as Southampton cruised to victory over Walsall to stretch their unbeaten run to 10 matches.Walsall's Darren Byfield hit the post with a header but Connolly gave Saints the lead when he ran through to score. Dean Hammond made it 2-0 when a shot from Connolly fell at his feet and Connolly teed up Rickie Lambert who fired in a third from 18 yards.
