Trotman backs Saints to come good
Saints were frustrated by Trotman's former club Colchester, who battled to a goalless draw despite playing with 10 men for almost an hour on Saturday.
"Maybe it wasn't meant to be, but I think we are due to give a team a hiding soon as long as we remain focused on what we are doing," he said.
"Let's not forget we are only in September, we've got 40 games left but obviously we're taking it one game at a time and we've got to look to kick on at Charlton next week."
