Southampton's assistant manager Glynn Snodin has been charged by the Football Association with improper conduct. The charge relates to an incident during the Saints' goalless draw with Hull City on November 4. Snodin was sent to the stands by referee Tony Bates after the former Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Doncaster Rovers midfielder reacted angrily after colliding with Tigers winger Craig Fagan. Snodin has until 24 November to respond to the charge.
