Selection headache for Pardew

Southampton boss Alan Pardew has a lot of thinking to do to pick the right team for Sunday's trip to Wembley. Saints will be without four of their key players with Jason Puncheon, Jon Otsemebor, Dan Seaborne and Lee Barnard all cup-tied for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final against Carlisle. "I don't want to rule anyone out at this stage because I think that's unfair to them," said Pardew. "Every player wants to play in a cup final but then they should want to play in every game. "I've got to see through people because some who put themselves up for the game might not be right, so I will be looking verh carefully at the players to see if they are in the right place. "We have got a battle to get this team right for Sunday as anywhere near our strongest team."
