Schneiderlin ban reduced

Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has had his three-match ban reduced to one game. The Frenchman was sent off for squaring up with Dons midfielder Stephen Gleeson last week and received an automatic three-match for violent conduct, but the FA have since agreed that punishment was excessive. Schneiderlin has therefore already served his ban, having missed Saturday's FA Cup win over Ipswich, and will be available to face Brentford on Tuesday night.
