Saints boss blasts U's approach
Pardew accused referee Darren Deadman of failing to deal with what he described as "gamesmanship" by the home side.[LNB]"We're disappointed with some of the antics," said Pardew. "We had ball boys with one ball and it was a case of gamesmanship, which the referee should have done something about.[LNB]"I know Aidy - he pushes it to the limit and they were allowed to get away with it. My goalkeeper had to run 40 yards to get the ball when he wanted to take a goal-kick.[LNB]"It was a big game for us and we didn't get any help from the officials or the surroundings but that's something we needed to overcome. The referee ruled us offside from a rebound and they went straight up the other end and scored."[LNB][LNB]
