[LNB]Dickson, 24, told BBC Radio Solent: "It's in our hands now, we're getting the results needed and closing the gap. [LNB]"We all want to get promoted so we're going to take it game-by-game and hopefully win those games." [LNB]Having made just nine league starts this season Dickson was named in the starting line-up for the first time since January in Tuesday's win against Charlton. [LNB]But the ex-Brentford defender insists he understands the position at the club. [LNB] [LNB][LNB] "As all the starting 11 are fit, you have to bide your time," he said. [LNB]"It's a team game, we're all pushing in the right direction and want to get promoted so as long as we're getting the results, I can't really argue about it. [LNB]"I've just got to be able to make that impact when called upon."
