Saints' relegation to League One was confirmed when they drew 2-2 with Burnley on Saturday, and they will start next term on minus 10 after the Football League's points penalty was carried over.[LNB]Wotte, who took over from Jan Poortvliet in January, would have been handed a new contract had he kept Saints up but the Dutchman's future is up in the air with the crisis-hit club looking for a buyer.[LNB]Midfielder Simon Gillett said: "I think Mark Wotte has done a good job. We've been unlucky at times but on the whole since he's been in charge he's done well.[LNB]"I think the lads are behind him and maybe he will stay."[LNB]And veteran defender Chris Perry added: "The manager has done a decent job since taking over and I think he deserves another go."[LNB][LNB]
