Pards: Pressure on teams above us

11 April 2010 10:33
Southampton manager Alan Pardew insists all the pressure is on the teams in the play-offs after Michail Antonio`s goal gave the Saints a 1-0 win over Charlton. Pardew`s side are now eight points adrift of the play-off places with six games left to play and remain in the hunt. He said: "We have to keep creating pressure on the teams above us like Huddersfield and Colchester. "We go to Bristol Rovers, who are also above us, next week and we have to believe we have a good chance of winning all our games. "Huddersfield and Colchester would have seen our result and will be thinking they don`t want us to get into the play-offs and they will be fearing us. They will see us as a dangerous team at this stage of the season."
