Pardew - We have to win
Southampton manager Alan Pardew feels Saturday's clash with Bristol Rovers is already a `must-win' game.
Pardew's side, who were the pre-season favourites for promotion, have yet to register a win in League One this term although they were only narrowly beaten 1-0 by top-flight Bolton in the Carling Cup on Tuesday.
"Every game is important to us but there is significance to Saturday now because we need to get three points," he said.
Striker Rickie Lambert will be itching to face the club for whom he scored 59 goals in three seasons before joining Saints.
But Pardew added: "I will have to pick what I feel is my best team regardless of reputation and regardless of my feelings on a personal level, I will pick the best team that I feel will win that game."
