Pardew unhappy with Glovers

Southampton manager Alan Pardew was upset at the conduct of Yeovil`s coaching staff after the 1-0 win at Huish Park. Saints were reduced to 10 men in the 69th minute when Morgan Schneiderlin received a straight red card for a foul on Gavin Williams. However, Pardew`s men kept alive their faint hopes of reaching the play-offs in League One when substitute Lee Barnard scored the only goal of the game two minutes into stoppage time. As tempers flared there were unpleasant scenes involving both benches and Pardew, who had one of his staff sent to the stands, said: "The bench of Yeovil was unpleasant. I felt that every time there was a tackle they wanted somebody sent off." Pardew added: "We have got to keep the pressure on. We can`t do more than win our games. If 79 points make the play-offs it will be the most of any year. We have got to keep winning and see what happens. "I hope the fans haven`t lost faith because we showed we are fighting to the end."
