Southampton took an important lead back to St Mary's as Michail Antonio's goal settled a scrappy first-leg of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy semi-final.Antonio fired in from the edge of the area midway through the first-half after good work from Richard Lambert. Visiting keeper Kelvin Davis kept out Jermaine Easter's low shot but there was little quality on a poor pitch.
