Les Reed to take key Saints role

Former Charlton manager and coach Les Reed is to become head of Southampton FC's new Football Development and Support Centre.His appointment follows last year's announcement of a new 'state of the art' training facility in Marchwood. Reed, who also coached Fulham, will oversee four main areas - The Academy, Scouting, Sports Medicine and Equipment Procurement.
