Lallana focused on Canaries

Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana admits his side need to get over their FA Cup derby disappointment as quickly as possible. Saints were beaten 4-1 by their south-coast neighbours Portsmouth but the focus now switches back to the league and this Saturday's trip to leaders Norwich. Alan Pardew's men are 18 points adrift of the play-offs but Lallana insists they still have plenty to play for. "We're out of the cup so we've got our heads back on the league for the game at Norwich," said Lallana. "We've got to come into training with our heads focused on that game. "We're still on a push for the play-offs. There's 18 games to go and we've got to push to win as many games as we can and hopefully we'll sneak in there."
