Lallana fit for final

Adam Lallana has been passed fit for Southampton's trip to Wembley to meet Carlisle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final. Lallana missed Tuesday night's win over Hartlepool with a groin injury but will be available for Sunday's showpiece. Fellow midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin will need a late fitness check after coming off in midweek with a tight hamstring. Boss Alan Pardew will be without defenders Jon Otsemobor and Dan Seaborne, winger Jason Puncheon and striker Lee Barnard who are all cup-tied. Dan Harding or fit-again Lloyd James (ankle) will deputise for Otsemobor at right-back and Radhi Jaidi comes in at centre-half for Seaborne. Michail Antonio could replace Puncheon and Lallana or David Connolly will start in place of Barnard. Wayne Thomas is out with a torn calf and fellow full-back Graeme Murty is still missing after an ankle operation.
