Jaidi out for Saints

Radhi Jaidi will be missing from the Southampton line-up for the visit of Charlton. The Tunisian centre-half suffered a torn hamstring during the opening five minutes of Monday's win over Leyton Orient and was replaced by Dan Seaborne. Jaidi is expected to be out for a fortnight so Seaborne is in line to start with veteran Chris Perry returning to the bench. Fellow defender Wayne Thomas is still recovering from a calf injury but should be back in training next week. Striker David Connolly could be among the substitutes after missing the last two games for personal reasons. Winger Lee Holmes is edging closer to fitness after a month out with a groin injury but full-back Graeme Murty is still sidelined with ankle ligament damage.
