Gunners close in on Saints starlet
Arsenal are on the verge of completing a deal for Southampton starlet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The 17-year-old winger is set to follow in the footsteps of former Saint Theo Walcott in a deal reported to be worth up to £10million.
"We need an agreement with Southampton, we need an agreement with the player, and we are not the only ones on the case," said Gunners manager Arsene Wenger.
"But we try as hard as we can because I like him as a player."
