Do Prado in line for Saints bow

Southampton hope to hand a debut to Brazilian midfielder Guilherme do Prado against Bolton in the Carling Cup. Do Prado has arrived at St Mary's on an initial five-month loan deal from Italian side Cesena and will be added to the squad if the club receive international clearance in time. Full-back Frazer Richardson (shoulder) and midfielder Oscar Gobern (hip) are Saints' only injury absentees. Boss Alan Pardew could opt to make changes having given run-outs to Ryan Dickson, Paul Wotton, Dan Seaborne and 17-year-old winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the previous round. Striker Rickie Lambert came through his first full appearance of the season against Leyton Orient on Saturday unscathed after a groin injury and should start again.
