Saints will begin life in League One on minus 10 points due to financial irregularities but Wotte believes he has back-up in place to battle it out for the number one jersey should Davis leave.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "Kelvin Davis said he wanted to wait until the last possible day before moving on elsewhere if he receives another offer and expressed again that he wanted to stay.[LNB]"I also told him again that he is very important to us and that he will be the first person to be offered a new contract as soon as there is someone in a position to do so and we have secured a better future for the club.[LNB]"Tommy Forecast and Bartosz Bialkowski have also expressed an interest in getting first-team experience so if Kelvin stays they have asked to go on loan to do that.[LNB]"They are obviously waiting on the decision on Kelvin, though, but they both want to fight for the first-team shirt."[LNB][LNB]
