Southampton manager Claude Puel has chosen to rest Charlie Austin, Jose Fonte, Steven Davis and Ryan Bertrand for Thursday's Europa League fixture away to Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Puel will continue to rotate his team in preparation for Sunday's Premier League trip to Leicester.
Like top goalscorer Austin and captain Fonte, injured trio Jay Rodriguez (groin), Sofiane Boufal (knee) and Jeremy Pied (knee) have also not travelled to Israel.
