Shrewsbury Town and Kidderminster Harriers have struck a deal which has seen two players from each side trade places, including hot-shot striker James Constable who has joined the Shrews on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
The 23-year-old has been in excellent form this season for the Harriers scoring 11 league goals, including two hat-tricks.
Shrews manager Gary Peters admitted he has been a fan of the forward for some time, telling the BBC: "He impressed me when he was at Walsall and he started scoring goals for fun at Kidderminster."
Also joining Shrewsbury from Kidderminster is keeper Scott Bevan.
Peters added: "Bevan is a shot-stopper and a taker of crosses and, at six foot six, he's a commanding man in the box."
Meanwhile, Shrews keeper Chris McKenzie has moved in the opposite direction to Aggborough while youngster Luke Jones has also joined the Blue Square Premier side on a month's loan.
