Shrewsbury Town have played down speculation regarding the future of Jamie Tolley and Darren Moss.
The Wales Under-21 internationals' agent has claimed that the pair are both keen to leave Gay Meadow and that he was already in discussions with a number of Football League clubs.
However Shrews director Keith Sayfritz claims that no decision has been taken on the pair's future.
"We have cash in the bank and have no urgent need to sell anybody," Sayfritz told the club's official website.
"If offers come in, and this has always been the case, that meet our valuations then we will make a decision as a board, and nothing has changed just because we've gone down to the Conference.
"The players that remain under contract are good servants of Shrewsbury Town as well as good professionals and good players.
"Our position has always been that if the right offers come in we will sit down with the player and discuss what is in their best interests, and what is in the best interests of Shrewsbury Town."
