Shrews close in on Holt

Shrewsbury Town are on the verge of signing Grant Holt after agreeing a fee with Nottingham Forest for the striker.
Shrews boss Paul Simpson is discussing personal terms with the 27-year-old who has been at the City Ground since his £300,000 transfer from Rochdale in January 2006.
Holt scored 25 goals in 110 appearances for Forest after enjoying a prolific time with Rochdale, finding the net at a rate of a goal every other game in his 84 appearances for the League Two side.
He was loaned out to Blackpool for the last two months of the 2007-08 campaign, making four substitute appearances for Paul Grayson's side.
