Shrewsbury Town have added Bristol Rovers midfielder Mark Wright to the squad on a six-month loan deal ahead of the new League Two campaign.
The 28-year-old started his career with Walsall before enjoying spells with MK Dons and Brighton before joining Rovers.
He now appears to be out of manager Paul Trollope's plans and Shrews boss Graham Turner is delighted to have him on board.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "He's a player I've admired for a while and tried to sign when I was at Hereford but he ended up going to MK Dons.
"He has been promoted whilst at Walsall and at MK Dons so brings that experience to the side.
"He doesn't seem to be in the plans at Bristol Rovers at the moment so that has allowed us to take the opportunity to bring him to Shrewsbury.
"He is a quick winger who can weigh in with his fair share of goals and will be a great addition to the squad."
